Become a Customer:

All orders and account applications need to be reviewed for suitability.

• If order requirement is for an educational institute (primary school, high school, vocational education, etc), please refer to our education distributors, as they are our preferred partners for your market.
• If order requirement is a small quantity or for personal/domestic, use please refer to a distributor in your area, as they are able to retail the small packs and small orders direct to you without requiring account set up or wholesale bulk order quantities as we do.
• If the product is from any of our Partner Brands (i.e. Glentham, RCI Labscan, TCI, USP, Honeywell, Scharlab), please contact us for the next step in placing the order.

Already a Customer?

Apply for Online Access: 

Website/online accounts are restricted to customers who hold an account with ChemSupply Australia. If you are an existing customer, you may register to get online access.  

Login to Online Portal: 

If you already have an online account, you can login to the online portal to place orders, check stocks, view pricings, generate quotes and/or track orders that are in progress.

Ordering Methods:

ChemSupply Australia offers flexible ordering options for approved customers:

1. Via Online Portal (recommended, if you have an online account),
2. Email customer service the purchase order/s, (OR)
3. Request for ChemSupply Australia quote to be converted to an order.
